Team: 2021-22 Ottawa Senators
Initial Creation Date: Aug. 25, 2021
Published: Aug. 25, 2021
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Gus and Mads will be 1A and 1A in Belleville both will push each other.
Leevi will be the starter in OHL Kingston
Mando will get his share with Peters (AHL signing) in Atlanta ECHL

I don't think the trade purposes for Dvorak or Strome are completely fair, probably could add a bit for Dvorak.

I have signed Sanderson and Kleven out of UND to their entry level deals, this will be done once UND's season has concluded.
Oliver Johansson and Eric Engstrand leave Europe to join Belleville to help in a playoff run
Phil Daoust signs after QMJHL season as well, he played well at the end of last season.

I signed Tyler Boucher to his ELC and I believe he will be convinced to play with Ottawa in the OHL and dominate. Dave Cameron may be able to help coach the kid to his full potential. the Ottawa 67's are kind of rebuilding not fully, but could really use someone of Tylers size and mean streak and could be convinced that he will get top line minutes and Power Play time.

If these trades are accepted, I'm all in, I would even throw Brannstrom into the Dvorak trade (maybe loose the 3rd rounder then) These trades add guys close to the core in age, and size up the middle, with both Dvorak (2nd C slot) and Strome (in 3rd slot) being big bodies - and white then fills in the gap on the right side. I would like an upgrade at RD, so brown becomes the 7th Defenseman (I think he's the perfect 7th Defenseman, who brings physicality and eats up minutes as a penalty killer when injuries arise).

So a 3rd line Center at best and a bunch of throwaway picks for someone who was almost a point per game not long ago
Yeah we’ll do without this trade

Chicago wants a hockey trade for Dylan Strome, and this unfortunately isn’t it. A lot of people want to offer late 2nds and trash picks for Strome, but if that was his price it would have happened already.

IMO, I don't think Ottawa needs to add 2 centres. You guys have Norris and Pinto. I can understand adding one of Dvorak and Strome but not both. I think trading Brännström and Brown would be the route to go as they likely would get squeezed out with the way the roster is constructed. I really like what Ottawa has going on, I think you will challenge seriously starting from 2022-2023 season.

I'd be surprised to see another Sens fan (or the Sens organization) agreeing to that

I wouldn't do Brannstrom for Dvorak 1 for 1

Personally want to see the Sens extend Brown another 4-5 years.
