V5 Rules Document has been completed. Please read all the way through it as many things have changed from V4 and its always good to get a refresher on the rules. You may post your team pages at 9:15est, remember to tag @flamesfan419 in the comments. Do not make any trades yet, as we will wait for all threads and team pages to be done, before we start trading.

Now that the TDL and March lock have passed it is time for me to step down from the BOG. I have a lot coming in the near future and won't be able to keep up with the activities of playoffs, re-signs, and general summer duties. I want to thank everybody that I've worked with on the BOG for the past ~4 years, I believe we have made the GM Game much better overall. I will stay on as a GM, just no more BOG.

PLAYOFF ROSTER LOCK SUNDAY AT 11:59PM EST
All team must be set with their lineup for round 1 by April 21st at 11:59pm EST, edits will only be allowed for rounds 2-4 due to injury. Any player not eligible and/or injured (Jack Hughes) will be removed off your team for voting.

VOTING OPENS AT 12AM MONDAY
Round 1 voting opens on Monday, April 21st at 12am EST, and will be open until Friday, April 26th at 11:59 EST. Voting and Sim results will be available on Saturday along with round 2 voting becoming available.

Updated playoff voting timeframes:
- Rounds 1+2: 5 day voting period
- Conference Finals: 4 day period
- Cup Final: 3 day period

DRAFT LOTTO
Draft Lottery will be held at the conclusion of round 2. Format TBD…

ROUND 1 VOTING
Voting OPENS NOW and ends on Friday, April 26th at 11:59 pm EST. Voting is mandatory but some GMs are exempt from voting due to 1st round picks. If you own a team's 1st round pick this season (2024 draft), then you can not vote in their series. You also can not vote on your own series. Below are all the Google form links and playoff visualizations to make voting easier. Vote on each category on a scale from 0-10 (more details in the actual forms).

Round 1 results will be posted at 7pm via premiere on Youtube. Link will be posted when ready. GMs will then have an hour to notify me of any lineup changes for Round 2, then voting will open later tonight. Best of luck!

Edit: Round simulation proof videos along with playoff voting results will be public after the final

Also, the Ottawa Senators have been penalized 50% of the upcoming cap increase for failure to complete playoff voting on time. Let this be a reminder to everyone, there will be penalties for not voting.
