I haven't seen anywhere list him as a C. Rangers need a top 6 winger more than anything rn w Blais gone for the season.

No on Forsberg. Although he can play RW, its known he prefers to play the LW.

Also, you dont make this move unless 2 things. First and foremost, were in a playoff position. Second, you intend to resign him, which we cant.

This rumor makes no sense to me. NSH is in contention, why would they sell? I feel like we have enough "future" assets we might not need (like the trade proposed) but I'd rather we get someone to keep than this

well we could if we ship off georgiev and nemeth, and we don't resign strome. tbh tho kreids would prob be the better pick for RW if we had forsberg.

The thing is, if we ship off Strome, we dont have anyone to center Panarin and although he has clear holes in his game, Strome's number are quite good for a "2C". Chytil is not the answer, I dont care how young he is, when Strome was out he didnt do anything to make me think that he can center with Panarin.

Forsberg has been injured for a bit and we are rolling without him. I don’t know if he’s part of our long term plans. We’ve been retooling and the proposal here would definitely help that (I think it’s an overpay).

He's played 9 out of 15 games... you really think not having him for 6 games is a good sample size? And we must remember Krabstuff can't return to the NHL until the KHL is over, so he probably doesn't help you this year

If they don’t lock him in by TDL they are moving him regardless. They might move him anyways because currently they are trying to lower cap spent and bring in youth.

We would get a probably get a late round pick for his negotiating rights. Still a massive overpay for a rental.

lol this is the first time i've been told i've overpaid. i feel honored. i figured they're def gonna want the first and a high end prospect. kravtsov isn't playing this year and prob won't ever play for the rangers again. figured he's a throw in to push it over
