Description

Will Kyle Davidson be the GM that blows it up and actually gets us rebuilding and back on track? Yes there will be pain and suffering but its going to be needed. We don't appear close enough to being a playoff team this year. The start really hurt us and even though we have looked more solid under Kinger, we are now struggling to score.

This will make us even worse but eventually frees up space and room.

Only issues are this is rushing Reichel and dependant on the trade value from the other teams.

No thanks from the Leafs. Kerfoots is the top 6 left winger the Leafs need, on pace for 40ish points and contributes on the PK. Also has term remaining on his contract. Strome would be the gamble you hope replaces him which doesn't actually fix anything for the Leafs. They'd still need that 2nd top 6 LW.

you arnt getting anything of value from the leafs for strome, you can have Ritchie for him

Also try to figure a way to get Kane to NYR for Lafreniere so Kane can push his all time American records further with Panarin and Zbad helping him sell out stadiums.

I couldn't do it haha. Hard for me to see Kaner in a different jersey in the NHL.

Would rather have Toews. That's a bigger need.
I'd do the trade above for Kane at 50%. Maybe add a c-prospect. I can't imagine that's enough to get either- and ideally the player goes through ARZ for additional retention.

He has bounced back really well under the new goalie coach. Currently has a .938 save %.
