Need a better prospect than Abramov and SDA. Keep Clifford and Holl there for cap if you need to, take away the 2nd, and add one of Robertson, Niemela, Knies, or Amirov to the deal.

Wrong D-man - probably a Dubas kinda player. Watched the Dallas-Boston game and he's literally the same player as Rasmus Sandin. Not comparing skill levels - but attributes. Sandin probably has a bit more "hit" in him - which isn't much.

Not always about the best player - about the best fit. Klingberg would be better served on a Florida or New York.

Agreed. I mean, Barrie is a little more offensive, and a little less defensive, but I think it's pretty telling that last years points leader among dmen ended up topping out at 3 x $4.5 mil.

I sure do. Here’s the thing i think you’re not getting: Klingberg has regressed. The quality that is within the quantity is too great for the return. So you’re seeing six pieces. Take out four of them (everything but the picks), and its too much.

See this where i think you just haven’t been following klingbergs career. Three years ago he would have been a hot ticket for sure. He’s really regressed though. He’s not playing well, he’s sort of asked out, and apparently wants $8M with max term.
