That seems fair for Namestnikov with retention.

The Kapanen trade is an overpayment in quantity but probably doesn't give PIT the quality they'd want to do it, so it's no good for either team. The EJ trade makes no sense at all. Making Vegas stronger for the playoffs and EJ might potentially block the trade anyway. EJ's cap space is also needed for re-signing MacK. Francouz statistically has been better than Fleury and if Kuemper is fit then he plays as the #1 so it's a pointless waste of assets. It's only a move you make if at least one of Frankie or Kuemper is injured. Trading EJ & JJ has now made for a horrific bottom pairing, which is arguably one of the things the Avs most need to address as it stands. You're assuming Byram will be back and fully fit etc, so it could be even worse. Namestnikov has fetched a 4th the last two times he's been traded if I recall correctly. He might fetch a third, doubtful it's a second even with retention. The lines are an utter mess, though you may not necessarily have bothered with those. Sorry to be harsh but if you were GM you probably just destroyed the Avs shot at the cup this year.

Aube-Kubel and next year's second is plenty for Kapanen if you ask me. I'd pass on the other trades.

Detroit accepts, Even though it doesn't sound like Yzerman is in a hurry to move him.

...and way too much for Giroux now you've edited!

.....and your second edit makes it worse. The Giroux trade now gives PHI no pieces they really want and IN NO WAY does a team like Colorado whilst contending for a cup trade out the analytics nuclear train that is Nichushkin! This is basically more all out than all in. All out of the playoffs in round one!

Hard no from the ducks. You don’t do that as a rebuilding team.

No chance Avs trade Nichushkin or that they have this much roster turnover at the TDL. They may add a player or two and ship out one or two but that's going to be it.

This is not good on so many levels. No depth d. MacDermind as your full time 6 d is MacDermid, charmin soft 3rd line, and a 4th line with one guy that is having a good year, a guy in Helm who was been pushed to part time and a guy currently in the AHL. You’re 13th forward has exactly ZERO NHL games played. Vegas would love to play this team as constructed.

Namestnikov trade is perfect a 23 2nd is a great acquisition.
I don't see the ducks trade happening. I believe your giving away too much for the other players.
