Vinny and Kent

De bonnes présentations de la part de nos dirigeants. Je crois qu'on peut avoir confiance avec la suite des choses en ayant vu les dernières semaines et ça c'est nouveau pour le monde depuis 5 ans comme partisans.

It's so great to see the transparency. This team has done a complete 180 in the past 3 months. Amazing

Uh did you guys hear the latest SDPN podcast in which Steve was told from a source that Bettman/NHL nixed a potential Arizona trade for Weber's contract? That's why they went for Byran Little instead.

Apparently he didn't like the fact that Arizona was going to be that much under the cap. If that is true, that is a major kick to the nads of Hughes as I think ARI was the only team that realistically made a ton for sense for getting Weber. Last option may be Nashville if Weber decides to officially retire but who knows if he wants to finally do it.

I don't think many teams want to be locked into using LTIR cap for the next 5 years is why Im not sure any team wants him for that purpose anymore. TB was definitely an option until they got Seabrook. Other than that, I don't see any other teams doing it.

I think the Habs might be stuck with Weber's contract after all. Which means, they'll either have to be well under the cap to fit him in normally while they rebuild which is fine or right up to the cap to be able to utilize his cap relief.

With Harvard being eliminated is there a chance Farrell comes over or is he spending another year in college?

I feel like Dvorak-Armia could have some chemistry together. They should put them on a line with like Gallagher at some point.

Caufield-Suzuki-Anderson
Drouin-Pitlick-Hoffman
Armia-Dvorak-Gallagher
Pezzetta-Evans-Dauphin
(Pitlick, Poehling)

Edmundson-Petry
Romanov-Savard
Schueneman-Wideman
(Clague)

That line would be the slowest in nhl history. Automatic NO.
I think since Suzuki and caufield are pretty fast, instead of another speedster, they should have armia with them.
Caufield - Suzuki - Armia
Hoffman- Dvorak - Anderson
Drouin - Pitlick - Gallagher
Byron - Poehling - Evans

Defense is fine.

That's why I have them together. Give them most DZ starts as they can all hold their own defensively. I feel like Gallagher has been a burden on every line he's been on, so I'd pair him with guys he can keep up with. Shelter the Drouin-Pitlick-Hoffman line by giving them more OZ starts.

It's way too much speed imo. Put anderson on a line that requires more speed, and imo, armia would do better with cole and suzi than anderosn has been

Exactly, there's no such thing as too much speed in hockey
