As has been covered many times over on this site, MIN declines. This doesn’t accomplish anything for them.

Honestly wasn’t sure of fialas value. But i’d love some type of package including those two. doubt van would trade het another first but to get good players you need to trade valuable assets

Well, if this were the "base" of a deal, there's potential, adding a RH winger to the top 6 who will be cheaper to resign than Fiala will.

We aren’t moving Schneider. Dude has been one of our better defenseman and has looked better with each passing game. Wouldn’t consider it unless we did it in a package for Pettersson, which you wouldn’t do. It’d need to be for a young high upside center, not someone close to 30.

I don't know about that cheaper-thing... Boeser's QO will be 7,5 million in the summer while Fiala's will be only 5,1 million. It's way easier to fit Fiala under our cap

Canucks fans seem to think the bruins want Pearson. They don’t.

He’s not gonna be cheaper to the point where it makes any difference. We need to shed salary either via Fiala or Dumba. If you acquire Boeser for Fiala, you still need to dump money (now either via Boeser or Dumba). And if that’s the case, just move Dumba and keep Fiala.

If you're trying to go long-term, Fiala would be cheaper than Boeser, there's not really a point in walking either of them to UFA by giving the Q'O

Boeser for Fiala just switches one headache contract negotiation for another.
Schneider would have to be part of the return for Miller, not sure how much value Kravtsov has now- he may not return to the NHL.
Debrusk for Pearson would be fine, but if Debrusk is looking for a raise after the crap year he has had...its not worth the headache. Pearson is a solid winger and I dont see him being moved unless they get a good offer that includes a younger nhl ready player- especially if they move one of Miller or Boeser.
Trading away all that for Manson- whose hurt and a UFA at the end of the year- is a complete waste, and the only way they add a RD demanding $4mil plus/year is if they move Myers and likely Poolman- neither whom will fetch much in return.
Those deals with Toronto make the nucks worse.- and i dont see Hamonic waiving his ntc

Exactly. That's why a 1-for-1 swap doesn't make sense for the Wild

I think I said somewhere in here, that this could be the "base" of a deal but the wild need to be getting more back.
