I just like how you say "going all in", but you don't include TOR's best prospects. This is pretty far from going all in.

Doesn't fix your goaltending and if your plan is Campbell you have no cap space for him next year with Murphy's extension.

Also that's probably fairly underwhelming for Chicago

Signing Campbell isn’t going to cost much if he keeps THIS up.

Tampa didn’t give their best prospect when traded for Miller and Mcdonaugh

And EDM sent Hall for Larsson. What's your point.

Mcdonaugh and miller have we Namestikov, 2 1sts, Hajek and Howden.

Murphy and Hagel are nowhere near Mcdonaugh value

Are you trying to compare two rentals getting multiple 1sts with two guys with 2.5+ RFA status and 4.5 years left?

That’s was a one for one in the off-season…

This is here is actually comparable as it’s a deadline move in 2018 that Tampa made hoping to go all the way

Mcdonaugh as a rental is more than Hagel and Murphy together😂

Goalies goes to cold stretches. Anderson and Markstrom were both underwhelming last year but bounce back. Campbell will bounce back.

If he keeps this up Toronto would be dumb to resign him

How is that trade even remotely comparable? McDonagh was a pending UFA

I assume you mean Andersen? Sure but thats more a Toronto defense issue considering he hasnt really gone cold this year. Markstrom was concussed.

Still doesnt change my point, whether you think Campbell is the answer or not doesnt change the fact that there is less than zero cap space for whoever is your starting goalie next year

Not enough for both in my opinion. Hawks just wouldn't have interest in Kerfoot or dermott either. A more realistic trade between the hawks and leafs is for dehaan, or maybe kubalik, or both. I don't see hagel or murph going anywhere
