None of the offers are really Feasible. and even if they were Burns Couture Vlasic all have NTC and would void the deal anyways.
sharks have already stated they are absolutely NOT rebuilding and want to improve next year so this wouldn't work anyways.

Sharks probably can't rebuild. Also the owner won't allow a rebuild. Said the next gm will not have permission to rebuild. Those contacts are awfully bad.
