I kind of like, but dislike the Jets trade. The Gallagher contract is a bit too long and pricey for my liking, but I like his style of play and could inject something into the Jets locker room they need, but I'm personal;ly leaning towards a decline because of his contract.

Doesn't matter if Price's knee is "good to go", no teams can afford or want the semi cap dumps proposed by these three trades.

That gally contract is just too long, but Poehling could become a solid 3rd liner, and that 2nd is basically a late 1st because it will be 33rd or 34th. I think it would be a good haul for Dillon if we knew that we would be contending next year, which I don't think will happen.

No from buffalo. Harris adds nothing, Dvorak isn't a need right now

That Sabres trade is really bad for the Habs. Harris has looked good for the Habs so far and you’re trading Dvorak at a huge loss

Winnipeg says no. You'd need to add Montreal's 1st to have any hope of dumping Gallagher's albatross contract. Poehling is a replacement level player, so has almost zero value.

Jets Decline
Gallagher and his contract can stay in Montreal
Last thing the Jets need is another young C
