When a guy wants no f**"ing part of being in an organization their value on the trademarket drops drastically. Petry has flat out said his family doesn't want to be in Canada anymore. He doesn't want to be in Canada anymore hence his trade value has dropped drastically

Id take Petry to Detroit for a 3rd... but Id take a chance on him. He really doesnt fit Yzerman's team though

Detroit would get more out of Schmidt for a 4th.
