Buffalo fans burnt down the city because we gave up a 1st for Lehner. Can't imagine their reaction to this lol. 2 1sts Kane who we gave up a 2015 1st, Armia who was a 1st, Myers who was a 1st, Stafford who was a first, and Lemieux who was a pick away from being a first.

Lol. I know. I'm just throwing stuff out there. It's funny how we value our own players. Quickie is like a God out here in LA. They would burn the city down if we traded him, well maybe not if we got what I suggested ?
I think new GM gives Lehner a 1-2 year contract to see how he performs on "his" team with improved D. Lehner played pretty well this season all things considered. Many goals scored on him this season were the result of boneheaded D-men like Bogosian and Gorges...
I would probably do Kane for Muzzin and maybe a pick or two.
On a post GM post, I've don't Kane for Martinez and Brodzinski. That wouldn't be a horrible deal. Figure Buffalo would have to add on a Kane for Muzzin swap
Especially this summer due to the expansion draft, there are lots of goalies available goalies available via trade. IMO, I don't see any team that would trade for Quick without similar long term money coming back to the Kings.
Sabres are not unhappy with Lehner so I really don't what the fit would be for Buffalo. A 31 year old goalie with 6 years left on his 5.8m contract who was injured most of last year. That's a tough sell.

Yes, I agree. Like I said, I don't think Quick is going anywhere. He's at 5.75, which is cheap for a goalie of his caliber. I was just spinning an idea, instead of the billion "All Left handed right wingers" :-)
