Just because you put the title in all caps does not make your AGM any less stupid. There is no way Stamkos would even consider waiving for Toronto, let alone waive for anyone else. Not while he can still win with Tampa, which he very likely wouldn’t be able to do in Toronto.

Players preferences of where to play often change over time in the NHL.........He goes anywhere it will be back to Toronto to win a cup.

You are absolutely delusional if you think the Leafs are going to win the cup anytime soon.

Even if the Leafs somehow were able to put a gun to everyone else’s head to force them into these trade, they still likely don’t even make it out of the first round. They don’t have the dcore nor the goalies to go far, and they don’t have the cap space to make that situation any better. And if you want to win the cup, you kind of have to make it out of the first round.
