Quoting: MisstheWhalers
Guess so, we'll see.
I've been watching the Maurice/Kompon train wreck for awhile, not sure it's gonna work too well for Florida but time will tell I guess.. lol
Other than Montreal I'd say the rest of the Atlantic Division got better, the Panthers won't have as many easier matches as they did last season.
Yeah, I think my thoughts on how it'll play out are:
-Toronto/Tampa
-Toronto/Tampa (Both are still very good and I'm don't think Murray/Samsonov are bad enough to sink the Leafs offence)
-Florida
-Boston (yeah, lots of injuries to start, but they're like the Pens-Every time I write them off they just continue to be good enough)
-Ottawa (Much improved, but I don't think their D is strong enough yet, and I really don't trust Forsberg/Talbot to keep it together for long stretches)
-Detroit (Improved, but still a year away...I'm not buying on Husso duplicating his numbers behind that D-core either)
-MTL (If they're healthy...if not, whooooops).
-Buffalo (Sure they've improved, but that goaltending tandem is terrifying)
Sabres fans won't be happy with me, and I apologize for that, especially considering I think that they're the most likely to make a huge jump in 23/24.
