Dadonov won't waive for Winnipeg and isn't needed and Struble as an LD holds no value to Winnipeg. So, the remainder might have an outside chance at the TDL, but it would depend on how much the Jets like Kidney or of the Jets like a deal with another team that is a better fit.

Not a fan of any of this.

Team needs a RHD upgrade. We can probably pickup a center in free agency if we make the playoffs this season.

Trading away Farrell will be a mistake. He'll be better than Mantha within 2 seasons

PLD is amazing and I would have considered this but we have Mesar and Beck in the system...unfortunately we don't need him any more now that we can all agree Suzuki us our #1. Also just me or will Florida's pick be better than Montreal's?

Dubois and Girard would be good for MTL. They need a 2C and an offensive top 4 RD. Girard is a lefty but played on the right side most of his career.

Mantha would be a waste of money and roster spot.

In 2 years, every team could make an offer to Dubois. He could sign with a low tax state team and earn alot more money over 8 years. I'd give Kidney and a late 1st to secure him.

Also, he would cost less to extend in 2023 compared to 2024 because the cap will increase alot in the next few years.

I hear you about Girard, but i think he would be a great fit on the first power play and he's on a great contract.
