The Pacific is like a Vacation to Fiji. The Atlantic Division is purgatory.

Been saying divisional realignment should be a thing as when u got a division like the Pacific thats basically a cake walk then a division like the Metro that is a overcrowded with good teams things dont seem right lul

I really really like Klim Kostin, he is what some members of the Oilers media thought Kassian was. He has been so close a couple this game to get his first Hatty. He literally told Jim Matheson during a interview "I read on twitter that the fans don't like you", he is such a funny guy and is obviously already loved by fans

@BeterChiarelli, Desharnais suprised me, thought he was just gonna be another Nemo but he was better, I see now why lead the AHL in +/- last year and why the Oilers randomly called him up yesterday

Traded for a 2021 3rd rd pick.
Extended through the rest of his prime at 5 x 3.4m.



These are hands down two of my favorite moves by Tom Fitzgerald.

From my POV on twitter from today it looks like Nylander and Stutzle have the lead as last men in for ATL
No clue at all for other divisions cuz I follow next to no one from those divisions

There's rumor he could extend 1 year with Chicago if he can't come back before trade deadline. Could be interesting for both parties.

Kane extend 1 year for a high price (8-10M) and he hit FA market in 2024 when the cap increase by 3-4M and more teams have cap space.

Chicago trade him at next year trade deadline and get the big haul they were suposed to get this year.

If im him just sign with a competitive team. Why hurt yourself before the TDL

I get doing the team a solid but imagine if he signs a 1 year deal with VGK or NYR or any other competitive team. Like sure if the Hawks get Bedard that could help him but to simplify things its seems the best move for him is just to sign with another team in 2023-2024

Now if he does that, solid move by him but its so rare I dont know if it will happen.

Literally give him a 9 Million dollar signing bonus and 1m for the rest of the year. Super easy to trade
