Ummmm, no...Kerfoot is a dump and Voit doesn't equate to a 2nd plus a dump for Domi

Chicago wants picks/prospects. Kerfoot could be included to make the cap work ig but you may need more than Voit to entice them

Bad trades start coming and they don't stop coming.

Kerfoot is a dump for the Leafs but he's not a negative asset that needs incentive to be dumped. He's a UFA this summer anyway. Voit and the opportunity to flip Kerfoot or have him eat games as a tank commander and then flip for assets is a good return imo

He is a dump to any rebuilding (non playoff) team. If he has value in the Leafs opinion and they want to move him, the only landing spot to get value for him is a playoff team. There's no "he has value because the Hawks can flip him" either as that's not how trades work. Teams don't help out other team's cap problems for free.

Domi plays prime minutes in Chicago which he wont get in Toronto. Sideways move at best.

2nd line minutes is pretty good and an offensive role, and he is certainly a much better fit in that role then Kerfoot or Engvall who both have been tried multiple times and have not been successful.

We need more offensive punch in the Middle 6.

Kerfoot isn't as bad as people make him out to be, but he has been rendered redundant by guys like Engvall, Kampf, ROR, and Jarnkrok.

Domi been best as a center. Not sure his skill set is best as the 3rd line center in Toronto. I think Colorado might make more sense.

Think he would be better in Toronto on the 2nd line LW. Could make sense in Colorado though as well. He's a great supporting member if he has someone on his line driving.

I'm sure he wouldn't say no to reuniting with Marner
