LOL A roster player not a pending UFA, A blue chip prospect. Sorry but Minten isn't a blue chip prospect and a 1st. Any team going after Timo Meier easily beats this offer.

Except for Voit being 3rd in the O for points... Or Minten dominating guys like Stuzle/Debrincat/Giroux during preseason or the Leafs having on of the best development systems in the NHL. Knies being a 6'3" power forward who will fill out and be great but go off then

Voit third in the OHL - He's up there with Amadeus Lombardi, someone who's CEILING is projected to be a 3rd liner center.
Voit is NOT a top prospect.

Preseason is preseason. A Red Wings team filled with prospects played and whooped Pittsburgh a new one.

Knies is alright. Wouldn't call him a top prospect, but a good one. He is with one of the best centers and one of the best goal scorers in the entire NCAA.

But he is an intriguing one which counters the guy who I was responding to's point (Habs fan biased but whatever)

He's intriguing but by no means would he be considered a top prospect.
He's the type of guy that can probably fetch a 3rd or a 2nd if to the right team.

IDK when I ever said he was...but to say that the Leafs have no intriguing prospects is blasphemy. Even when you don't include Lilly and Sandin (whom are only 22/23)... they still have Knies, Minten, Voit, Roberston (even) are at least intriguing

Meh. Knies and Topi are good prospects.
Rasmus and Liljegren aren't prospects anymore.
Robertson had too many issues with injuries, but I can imagine he can become a serviceable mid-6.

Other than those three, it ain't too deep.

There are prospects who are still 22/23... Knies, Niemela and Minten are good prospects. Lilly and Sandin are still prospects considering they will be 1rst pairing caliber D in 1/2 years. Voit, Hirvonen, Roberston (will still be good later) and Amirov are interesting ones
