Description
Simmed the draft lottery on Tankathon and it had Vancouver picking 1st and Detroit moving up to 2nd. Both teams are happy as Vancouver gets to bring Bedard home and Detroit gets to keep Fantilli in the state of Michigan. Drafting Fantilli allows Detroit to focus on adding some scoring in the top 6 and shore up the RD position this offseason. I have added a few other moves I would like to see happen.

Not near enough for TK. There is a 0% chance we take anything without a 1st or equivalent high end prospect as a starter.

1. Firstly, if we win the lottery, the world is probably ending shortly after.
2. I personally doubt Kubalik fetches more than a 3rd - but I guess to the right team at the TDL, he could fetch a premium.
3. Not a Pionk fan, especially at that price.
4. I'd take that Konecny trade (sadly). Flyers fans on here wouldn't since they probably don't know about Albert Johansson, but it's a good trade.

You Red Wings fans are hilarious. You think every prospect you have is a A prospect. The guy is 22 and isn't doing much in the AHL. Not to mention he is a LHD which we have a plethora of.

I'm sorry but when you are touted as he was last summer and then you put up 15 points and a -7 in the AHL...maybe you were overhyped. He's 22

any idea on how to fix this message i keep getting when trying to sign someone : "Error: Cap hit does not meet the season minimum salary of $775,000"

I'd do that trade all day as a Jets fan. I think it favours the Jets too much though...perhaps a 2nd rounder an low level defensive prospect so that we take a contract back?

Take the Bruins 2024 1st instead then. Philly doesn't have any 2nds the next two years so I figured the 2nds would be of higher value. Two mid range 2nds are probably more valuable then a really late 1st IMO. Johansson is a solid prospect. His ceiling is probably a #4 or 5 defenceman but he should be able to take a crack at making an NHL roster next year.

That was purely a suggestion, I was just thinking a 2nd and Zadina was too much so maybe add a lower level prospect instead of Zadina.

First, we definitely do not need a #4/5 LHD man as we have plenty of LHD already. Second, we will receive a compensatory 2nd when we don't sign Jay O'Brien. Third, It's hard to risk taking that BOS 1st because if Krecji and Bergeron come back, they will once again be very good and it will be a late 1st. I would want the Isles 1st as we will know where it will be.

Or, personally, I think we could knock two birds out with one stone on Detroit's side. Upgrade the pick and upgrade the prospect, add Pionk and a higher end Winnipeg prospect such as McGroarty (bring him home to Detroit).
