Your Granlund argument makes zero sense to the scenario. Every team has a bad trade and bad contract, so you can use this argument for any team. Get over it. You have no clue what you're talking and no leg to stand on. Joseph is a bad contract you want to get rid of and you have no real way of justifying it.
My Granlund argument makes a lot of sense.
If a GM like Ron Hextall makes one bad trade, then there's some chance he'll make more bad trades.
Except this trade for Joseph isn't bad.
I'm getting rid of Joseph here because he's a cap casualty, not because he has a bad contract.
There's a difference.
I honestly could care less which team pays a 4th round pick to take Joseph.
Ron Hextall is Pittsburgh's GM, not you.
If he could spend a 2nd round pick on a $5 million player like Granlund, he could spend a 4th round pick on a $3 million player like Joseph.
Once you're ready to whine and complain about something more important like the main topic of this ACGM, let me know.
Have a nice day.
