Have to think Karlsson is for sure dealt this off-season.
He’s 32 still has 3-4 high quality seasons left and I’m sure he wants to be on a competitive club and the sharks are 2-3 years till they are playoff worthy and 4-5 from being a contender. Hertl probably stays and same with Couture.

I think it’d need to be more like Bean + Boqvist (or Ceulemans) + Bemstrom + Olivier if you wanted Hanifin and that’s assuming he comes with a long term contract extension in place as well

I assume it would be a Sign & Trade if Hanifin decided he didn’t want to extend with CGY but was fine to commit to CLB

That said, Hanifin seems open to extending in CGY from what I could tell after watching his exit interview
