Durzi put up more points than any other Kings defenseman and was a huge part of their boost on the PP, to give him up for a 3rd would be a big mistake.

Durzi for just a 3rd? That's hilarious. Walker probably wont fetch more than a 4th and IF Grunstrom was available he'd probably go for a 5th maybe a 4th like you have him traded for IF we are lucky. Also if Gavy only wanted 4.5 I'm sure he'd be signed by now, I'm positive the price is up passed 5.5m.

The cap will go up to $83.5 million next season, so there's no reason to dump Carl Grundstrom.

We can get more for Sean Durzi than a future third.

I know that the very thought is anathema to our fellow Kings fans, but the more that I look at this team, the more I think that a majority of our problems would be solved by trading Alex Iafallo for something worthwhile:

Byfield - Kopitar - Kempe
Moore - Danault - Arvidsson
Fiala - Kupari - Vilardi
Grundstrom - Lizotte - Kaliyev

plus cap space, roster space, and at least one additional significant draft pick.

I'm in the same boat as you, I can see it coming down to Arvidsonn or Iafallo to be shipped out. Ultimately I think Avrdisonn is more of what the Kings need as appose to Iafallo so i'm in the same boat as you and I can see Iafallo getting shipped out.

Plus, as a rental, Arvidsson's value is less than Iafallo's.
