If TB were willing or able to Rutta that he'd be wearing blue and white already. TB is log jammed at RD and need Fluery way more than Rutta. TB counters POJ for a 6th

I'm curious why anyone would think TB would take that Rutta contract? There is a reason they let him walk, they are fine on Rd and need all the cap space they have. Certainly not adding a 2.75 million dollar him at a position they have a logjam at.
