As much as I think Debrincat would fit the Blues system and style of play very well, if he gets traded to STL ill throw an all time HISSY FIT. I don't want to watch that dude play for the blues of all teams for 8 years.

There's no reason the Hawks would accept this deal. Leddy blocks defense prospects that will be getting NHL experience next season. An ECHL goalie and a few later round picks don't justify blocking the kids for the next 3 years.

I know it's just a minor trade here, but forsberg doesn't make much sense for buffalo. We have a kid who we hope is our franchise goalie in Levi, and then two plugs in upl and comrie. Ideally, we would fix the d in front of the goalies so that the plugs don't become festering problems. The idea of getting a proven goalie to help Levi with the workload is also something that's being looked at here, but forsberg doesn't seem to be any kind of upgrade over upl or comrie, I can't see the gm signing up for roster gymnastics just to upgrade to forsberg.

Ok as a blues fan there is no way Ottawa accepts that deal. Binnington is a meh goalie on a bad contract with issues. No one is taking him off our hands
