If Colton is going to sign that Tampa would probably just keep him.

I don’t see them retaining for 5 years on Rust seeing that they’ll likely need to retain on any Carter trade or a Granlund trade/buyout. The value is correct but the logic for Pittsburgh isn’t.

2. No one going to sign any of the contracts you offered, especially with the term and the fact you have 5 Million Dollars in cap space (other than Anderson and Mcleod)

I don’t think Killer takes a paycut this time around given how he stacks up against the rest of the UFA pool. Someone will shell out 5M AAV at him and Tampa can’t match that.

Killorn is gone only way they can keep Killorn is if he was willing to sign 2.5 or so and if he were it would already be signed.

That offer doesn't get Debrincat, Plus he's not signing long term in Carolina when he wants to play near home.

Yeah thats what I have in my mind so basically its either take the deal and get assets in return or Canes go after him is the RFA and if they pay Ross then go after Killorn

Then he would've stayed in Chicago

I know everyone's focused on Debrincat and Colton, but I'm just laughing at the 4 year contract for de Haan.

He was traded out of Chicago with no choice, He has every choice where he extends long term next year. Perhaps it's Carolina or perhaps it isn't.

lmao you Ottawa fans are something else. You guys have NO control over ADB so it's either trade him for prospects and picks or suck it up and get nothing

I won't get into the stupid/childish stuff but yeah, of course, a 25 y/o RFA star is going to be traded for a late 1st and a 2nd

It seems that 95% of people (not just Sens fans) are something else because your lame little offer got beat by a significant margin a lot of times
