It doesn't - the reason that Vladar will likely be traded is to make room for Wolf on the roster behind Markstrom. Guess the ACGM isn't keeping track of events in Calgary......

That trade has less than zero percent chance of ever being considered, much less happening:
- Greenway was just added at the coach's urging so he's locked into the roster for at least the next season;
- Savoie is Adams' crown jewel prospect that he repeatedly describes as the kind of player they want;
- The 13th OA pick in a deep draft is about equal to what the 7th or 8th OA pick would be worth in any other draft;
- Extending a 29-year old Wilson for 5 years is not planning wisely for the future.

As far as fantasies go, this is way out there......

It never ceases to amaze me that there are people who cannot understand the irreconcilable contradiction between making garbage offers like that for John Gibson and then expecting him to be their starting goaltender for four seasons.
