Why would a team without the cap space to fill out a roster at this point, trade for a UFA that will add 5ish million to their problem.

Colton does have value. Walsh is better for a team with low expectations and willingness to let him earn and stay in the spot. TB also doesn't need RHD of that ilk, they have them. The 3rd is just the random throw-in.

I'm gonna say all 4 teams who aren't NJD decline. If Colton is willing to sign for that, he stays in Tampa. Boqvist isn't worth a 2nd - at least not to the Hawks. They have plenty of bottom 6 options already.
