This deal doesn’t interest me. Olofsson is a negative player. UPL is okay. Joker is okay. Nothing really there to make us want to trade him

If Pesce is willing to sign that deal, he should be staying in Carolina. That trade isn't enough anway. Canes would be looking for quality over quantity. Only really good piece here is Ostlund.
