Flames say heck no. Sabres probably politely decline. Tampa takes that I think

It’s a steal of offer for Buffalo in terms of the actual player. Having said that, I would pass as many in Buffalo would disagree with me because, Mittelstadt gives us a lot of lineup flexibility with his ability to play all three forward spots, and can drive a line with Tuch and Skinner leaving Thompson and Cozens to drive their own lines.

He would be missed, and no Jiri Kulich or Matt Savoie is not ready yet.

But yes in terms of the player for player, it’s a steal Buffalo and Carolina can get a little more for him. But, quality centers are also hard to find.

I assume switching the 2nd rounder to a first would be too much?

I think people are overrating how much the flames can get for Toffoli and I think you are underrating Mittelstadt. The equivalent of three 2nd rounders for Toffoli seems reasonable to me. I think maybe the Canes can get a bit more in the trade with Buffalo though

Tampa Bay probably declines. Drury is a decent prospect but Tampa will want a player who is more NHL ready. If Drury was ready to contribute on a Cup contender, Canes just keep him over Colton, right?

Bolts and flames probably decline. Not bad offers but bolts probably figure way out to keep Colton and flames probably get a first from somebody.

I mean Drury contributed plenty for the Canes this year who are definitely a cup contender. I honestly think they should've given him more playing time this year over players like Stastny and Stepan.

Edit: I missed your question at the end there. I think our front office and RBA really like Drury so we may end up keeping him. The rumor that he requested a trade at some point last year contribute to him being used a lot in mock trades. As far as Colton vs Drury, obviously Colton has contributed more, he's three years older. Colton brings two things that Drury doesn't as much yet, a bit of scoring and physicality. Two things the Canes badly need. However, Drury is better defensively.

At the end of the day, this trade is mostly about the Canes taking advantage of Tampa's cap issues and getting a player that brings two things the Canes are lacking while giving Tampa a player that is ready to contribute and has a very low cap hit. I think Drury would do very well for the Lightning.
