Smart move for them to boost Hall's trade value and then unload him at the TDL this year or next.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they retained and flipped. Hall at $3m could get meaningful return.

Sounds like a similar plan Toronto used to draft matthews, marner and nylander.

Grabovski played on torontos first line leading into those drafts..
