If Lindholm comes pre-signed on a fair deal, Columbus may accept that. It would have to be like 6x $7.5-8m for them to even consider. That would line him up with Johnny's deal and give the CBJ a 6-year window with those two, plus obviously with 3OA, KJ, Marchenko, Jiricek it could be extended beyond that after Lindholm/Johnny/Laine are gone.
