Rust has a full NMC for this year and next year before it switches to a partial NTC if memory serves… I doubt he would a accept a move tbh…

Pettersson I could see selling high on if POJ or Ty smith takes a massive step forward but that would have to be a very big step…

All that time say as much as dubas would love to bring another star player in next year I don’t see another big $ player coming in unless we’re awful this year and we sell off guentzel for a young player and 1st at the trade deadline then use the $ we would have given him to snag a disgruntled player from another team…

I feel like this is kinda just exacerbating the Pens issue year after year of bad depth and a great top 6. Cap is going to go up which would be great because then you can keep Pettersson which would be huge. Only issue is Rusts NMC - don't really see him going anywhere.
