Dach will be right there with Cozen this year. Dach was pur best forward for a long stretch last year before having all kind of health issues. He really took a step. He was more engaged defensively, driving the puck a lot more and the most important thing of all, is offensive zone possession time was up there with the best. Cozens is a outstanding player but Dach is just starting to become the monster he will be. 6’4’’ frame, smooth skater with outstanding hand and hockey iq. Cozens look to be better at finding the back of the net but Dach is a outstanding play maker. He was miss badly on the powerplay last year. When him and Drouin where out powerplay that was already bad became horrific.

I would do it as long as dach is not included, put a 3round type prospect instead.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sabres don’t do that even WITH Dach, let alone without him

Cozens is absolutely untouchable,
and there is ZERO CHANCE we’d trade him for a like of crap

Habs fans blow my mind with these garbage proposals

Jesus christ you should go outside a bit and try to get laid. Someone have a broom shoved it up. I never once talk about the trade proposal and you crazy Sabre get all crazy because i talk positively about 2 young players. Take a pill and chill out.

Why the low blow joblow?

😢😢😢
So sorry. I’ll send your participation trophy over asap so u can feel better

No need to be so thin skinned though
Cozens had almost as many goals, as Dach had total points
Comparing them is nonsense
And that’s YOUR FAULT, not ours

Not taking into account that Dach winger where mostly 3rd liner or Mike Hoffman. That is a non sense. You compare players base on points this is new on here . Skillset, attribute all favor Dach. As he reach is full potential not yet but he will be better then Cozen when there career done. Dach won’t always have Armia and Hoffman as winger. Would very like to see Cozens with those 2 maybe that would make something to think about. And by the way you can have the opinion you want that doesn’t mean that other people opinion are trash. This is call open minded, you should try. Having hockey discussion, talking about other thing then just goal and assists without context.

So you want to give up the only interesting piece in a trade for a 65 point ascending 22 year old that would probably been closer to 80 had he not had to carry two rookies. And you wonder why people call habs fan’s ridiculous.

First,
it’s CozenS- with an “s” at the end of his name
Wow

Second,
idk who u think Cozens linemates were, but he wasn’t on our top line- he CARRIED our 2nd line, especially in the 2nd half of last season. He mostly played with 2 rookies

Third,
Dach doesn’t suck. But when u COMPARE a guy who you’re
PROJECTING to be really good
VS
a guy who is ALREADY PROVEN to be really good….

Well then, u just sound foolish
And these are they types of responses u should expect to get

I mean, Cozens carried two rookie wingers the early part of the year. It’s not like he was getting Tuch and Skinner. And for the first part of the year, Dach played the most minutes with Caufield and Suzuki, at least according to Dobber.

A responses, there was absolutely no one of you that have brought anything related to hockey. You are like little children that get pissed because you just don’t like it. I haven’t said once that Cozens was not a good players, Never said Dach is superior. I just talk about Keeping Dach would be a good move. Obviously if you would have ask about it properly you would have noticed that this trade make absolutely no sense for either of these team. Mtl isn’t in a position of trading pick or Dach they are trying to unload Bergevin horrible contract and built a young core just like Buffalo under the Adams regime. Buffalo have just sign him to a very frendly deal, they have no intention of trading him and the asking return would be just to high for anyone to pay since Buffalo valued him greatly.

Lord have mercy. You realize that to acquire high end talent, you have to give up high end talent. Habs fans will freely go out and trade for other team's top players but are allergic to the fact that they have to give up equal value

And he was over a point per game for that 15 game stretch.
You told me that Jack Quinn, John Paterka, Krebs are worst linemate then Armia, Hoffman, Dadonov also never pan out. Mtl had to play Tierney. Dach had a 20 game stretch st the start of the season where team was healthy, he played with Monahan, Suzuki, Caufield, Suzuki was over s point per game for almost half a season but by the end of the season there where no one around him. Buffalo was a offensive thriving force. Mtl was at the very opposite. They are building the foundation. Buffalo have started building around those.
