I don’t think either team does this, Chicago might if the picks are lottery (top 10) protected but then Vancouver definitely wouldn’t.

Yeah I wanted to go a team that wasn’t montreal cause that’s all I see but I don’t think Chicago was the right pick

Personally I think the value is quite a ways off here. Unless those two picks are unprotected lottery winners I don't think Vancouver would have any interest in that package, and even then they would likely want "Win now" pieces.

Both teams wouldn't want to do this trade. Canucks are looking at making a playoff push. They won't trade EP40 this year, period. Besides what's offered isn't enough.

The Hawks aren't blowing up their rebuild to get EP40. The two unprotected 1st's would be a non-starter for Chicago.
