He might, but not from a rebuilding/lottery team. Montreal certainly isn't going to pay that for a 30 year old.

That's before getting into the full NMC.

No one is giving up that large a package for him, maybe a 1st and 2nd/B prospect from a cup contending team

If Canucks in season worth doing with that cap and its for a playoff push then I think that's probably fair and since we are such nice guys and you're below the salary cap floor we throw in Poolman's LTIR to get you there for free wink

If the Habs were to trade for him we would have to be sending Back Dvo an dropping at least a 2nd from the deal but as was stated above this isn't a fit since we are rebuilding
