Leafs decline Edmonton we do not want nurse and his overpaid contract and Columbus we don’t trade a bunch of good young pieces for a defender that’s not even better then lily yet

Unless Boston decides at the same time to enter a full rebuild then I doubt that one happens. And Cooley is going to be a stud, but true franchise D are tough to come by

Sound like a smart Boston fan. Leafs decided to build from the offence in. Playoffs isn’t our friend. It is a lot to turn down though. Offence would be legit and Boston has good depth at D, McCabe can fill a bottom 4 roll.
