    Anaheim hangs onto Helleson imo

Don't think Buffalo would do that trade. They already have 3 goalies who are arguably all better than Lankinen. And if they aren't is close enough to not make a difference

Leafs need to get bigger and stronger on the blueline but they also need more puck moving and offence from it.

I don't hate the trade proposal but don't love it. If Lauzon was a right shot I would be much more interested.

I just don't love giving up our best defensive prospect (who is a RD and has good offensive and puck moving insticts) for a bottom pair dman. Even though I would like to have Lauzon for the next 3 years.

I personally pass, even though I think your valuation is reasonable.

Forgot about Comrie. He and Lankinen are comparable— not sure how much longer he’ll be out. But UPL has been awful.

I think Krebs could be an interesting buy-low candidate.

Very interesting idea on that leaf’s trade I’d hate to see niemela go but might be worth it for this

Helleson is needed for the main roster next year, and we're overfull on forwards already, we've got no interest in that deal.

I’m higher than most on Casey since his draft year. Would:

    Casey
    Gritsyuk / Holtz
    Schmid
2024 first round (‘25 if the devils make the conference finals)
    2025 second round

Would this even be thought about for Askarov.

It’s the classic Quantity offer but I think there’s good talent in the trade.

    UPL has a .910 sv%.

    BUF isn't shipping out Krebs.

    “No” from the Sabres

I don’t think we’re even looking for a starting goalie,
    let alone a backup

Sabres aren’t gonna “sell low” on Krebs
And the talk of him “struggling” is being exaggerated
