Oilers decline. Debrusk/Boqvist for Foeggle/Holloway maybe.

Bruins don’t do that Ducks deal.

Not keen on that, either. Due to the cap involved, I'm not even convinced that a straight up swap of Foegele for Debrusk would actually benefit EDM.

I don't see much of any difference between Lysell and Perreault. Paying a 2nd and Jones to get something the Ducks already have isn't a great use of those assets.

I'm with you guys. Noah Warren for Lysell I could live with, but I don't think the proposed trade is a winner for us. (I suppose I could also live with Jones and our middle third for Lysell.)

That's awful for Edmonton, cant see them doing that.

Not sure why you'd want to trade Lysell for that.

Nah, I wouldn't do either trade. Lysell may be a RW, but he's undersized and a playmaker, not a goal scorer. We have enough playmakers in the lineup as it is.

From my perspective, the only Lysell deal that makes sense is a trade for another high potential, high risk player if they do it.

A 2nd round pick for him is basically a waste.

They need to get him to utilize his speed and work within a system, but the talent level is ridiculously high if they can get to him.
