As a Hawks fan, I'd rather keep Mrazek than get a 4th. A 4th just doesn't mean much to us. Having an NHL goalie in net means more than a 4th.

Totally agree, I would want a 2nd for him especially considering most of the teams that would be looking to acquire him will be offering late round 2nds. I would even retain 50% to ensure I get that return. If not just keep him and potentially resign him for anotherr two seasons.

Florida needs to re-sign (or replace) Reinhart, Montour and Forsling this offseason. They've got cap-space, but I don't see them taking on Johansen's cap-hit unless they lose some guys. I'm not sure I'd pay that for Lundell either, but that's a different story.

Feeling the same as a Habs fan and Kovacevic. Cheap D depth (especially with an extra year) is nice and a '26 3rd isn't all that appealing.

Everyone reads a Dobber article written by some no namer and loses their minds with the trade offers...

If CHI accepts that for Mrazek, so be it. But, if KD wants to grow some balls he could just not accept these awful offers and let them go to free agency. If we aren't receiving 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd round picks in any given deal, there is almost no use in CHI making the deal. It's as simple as that. We aren't a contender looking for "luck of the draw" and depth, we are a rebuilding team. I'd much rather keep Mrazek and re-sign him than get a quick 6th round pick for someone who is likely the best available rental goaltender.
