So for context, trade only works if Matthews says he doesn't want to resign in TOR (Tkachuk type trade), if that is the case then TOR wants Crouse (from Ontario so prob would accept trade), then TOR would have to accept the 4 1st round assets plus cap space to sign someone else in Free Agency.
