If you combine the two Canucks trades they’re giving the two best assets while making the team worse. No thanks

Can't see the Hawks wanting Skinner even if it's for $6.6M cap hit for 3 1/2 more seasons. He's going on 32 years old, simply doesn't help the rebuild

Skinner isn't waiving for Chicago. And even if he did, doubt the Hawks would be interested in 3 years of him. That last year of his deal is when they'll need to pay Bedard and Korchinski.
