Definitively too much going to Montreal with him included.

You could make an argument for the remainder, but it still favors Montreal to the extent you should be able to remove Olausson as well.
We would get more retaining and moving Johansen than Allen, so this is around a 1st + 3rd for Monahan and Allen, which is at least reasonable.
Depends if Colorado is determined to move Ryjo.

To give an actual response though: you could remove Olausson and the 1st from that trade and it’s not even a consideration still

1st round pick and a 4th round pick with MTL throwing in a depth D we dont need in the AHL like Beaudin or Norlinder (too many D, they got squeezed out anyways)

Sorry you don't know hockey. The heat maps say we need help in front of the net and we need help in the net. Our 2C is filled. Allen is the best 1B out there. Monahan has experience with Lekky and Drouin. We have severe cap space issues and someone has to go to make room. I don't want to loose Bo so Girard has to go.
