What? You don't find it believable that Kent Hughes could've owned 90% of all the assets in the league, but rejected all the offers even though they were skewed heavily in Montreal's favour? Seems purely logical to me.....

Even if the rumor was true, how do you know " a young NHL foward, former 1st round pick, with 2nd line potential" isn't Farabee or Frost?

That's a very big stretch here...
