A bit better on defence at a way too big a price. Worse goaltending by trading Samsonov. Leafs are worse with the forward exchange.

Bertuzzi and Brodie are UFAs. Grebenkin is meaningless. Luneau and Warren are better prospects than Niemela, and the Ducks have Drew Hellesen and Ian Moore, too. Anaheim wouldn't trade either player for that package and Cam Fowler wouldn't waive his four-team-trade list for Toronto, as we've said 1,000 times.
