Cbj has a potential elite centre and potential #1 d man to build around in Fantilli and Jiricek. I highly doubt they consider moving either. Unless a substantial package comes a long it literally makes no sense for where they are at. They should also be adding another core piece at this years draft. Potentially another top centre. So no. I don’t believe any rumours coming out.

Johnston also confirmed Leafs made a major acquisition of “big name” mystery player from American club outside the playoffs with multiple years.
