The Sabres trade would require a pretty team friendly extension. Again, the Sabres are better off spending assets on improving the team defense in front of the goalie

Since the first of the year:
Saros 2.89 GAA 22nd 0.908 SV% 18th
Luukkonen 1.81 GAA 1st 0.934 2nd (only Hellebuyck was better with 0.935)
Nashville would be adding not Buffalo.

@JOSI4NORRIS Luukkonen SV% over the last 2 games is 0.947 with a 1.5 GAA if you want to cherry pick!
Maybe we can agree that Saros will not be traded to Buffalo.

lol this is amazing. Over the past two games Luukkonen has a .867 SV%, Saros has a .954 SV%. If we want to cherry pick stats we can. Or we can look at their overall careers and pretty easily know who the better player is.
