MTL
  1. Savoie, Matthew
Additional Details:
With TNT, Cozens, Benson, Tuch, Peterka all showing as top6ers Kulich, Quinn and Savoie will have to compete for the last spot in the top 6.
BUF
  1. Barron, Justin [RFA Rights]
  2. Struble, Jayden
  3. 2024 1st round pick (WPG)
Additional Details:
Barron has 2nd pair RD potential
Struble could turn out to be a 2nd pair LD, but at the worse he'll be a very solid shutdown 3rd pair LD with a physical aspect to his game
I'd give the '25 CGY pick, but it will likely become the FLA pick

We have 3 top 5 picks on d and can’t score any goals. Can’t trade The only guy with top six upside in our NA farm system for more D

If BUF was going to trade Savoie it wouldn’t be too a division rival …

I dont think they care about that.

We traded for Murray and 7th overall before he nixed it with the no trade, and we trade reinhart for Kulich and Levi with Florida.

13 year playoff drought, I dont think anyone cares who they trade with to end it.

Lol, hey, you've got a really nice player that you just used a premium pick on, but since you've already got nice players, how about we trade you some stuff that we have lying around for him.

It's a interesting offer, still have control over both players.
And Savoie could potentially be odd man out. Think that 1st is gonna be a bit to late. Buffalo declines

Not saying, there isn’t a trade to be made, but it’s not what you’re making here. The last thing buffalo needs is more left-handed defensemen now. Barron is a usable piece. Where Struble really isn’t for us. You also can’t assume that we’ll be able to trade him for something we do want, because everyone has too many left-handed defensemen around the league. Buffalo also doesn’t really need more prospects but we do need NHL ready players that will make an impact now.

We've made trades before and they arent a Rival
Literally the last out of every team in the division i'd consider a Division Rival
Heck might be the last team in the entire NHL i'd consider a Rival
Even when Patches was here and born there with Family attending
We didnt Care nor did BUF give a crap about us.

We're close sure but they've never been competitive at the same time as us, at least not since the 1970s
So TBH trading with them sparking a rivalry could be the best thing for both teams in terms of business cause neither fanbase care enough to be Rivals

That is a very rational take on this trade! I have to agree!
