PLD NMC kicks in July 1st. Unlikely any trade is made by then.

The Kings current goaltending coach was fired from the Penguins because they didn't like how he developed Jarry.

The Kings actually need PLD as Kopitar will need to retire eventually and Rakell doesn't address this.

Jets can't take another LHD, already have a solid bottom6 next year, and probably prefer Perfetti to Turcotte. We already made the whole 3-for-1 + picks deal last summer.
