Habs likely consider that trade... Depends on who is available at that rank.

That Calgary pick has the chance to HIT next year or in 2026 depending on the condition. I'd hate to lose on Misa or Mckenna to get Tij Iginla.

But since Florida are good, odds are their pick isn't a lottery pick, and the pick ends up being Calgary's if it's not top 10, and Florida's if Calgary's is top 10.

There's also the option to take Calgary's 2024 1st if it's 20th or later, but that doesn't seem like it's gonna happen

Hopefully I didn't misunderstand that, the conditions on the pick are rather confusing
